I had one of your crab cakes at the Chatworth Cranberry Festival. It was the best Crab Cake I have ever tasted. I will now order some to be shippped to me since I live in Bergen County, New Jersey. I will see you at the Ugly Mug in the spring and possibly Sept. Keep the recipe the same, it works great. I only wish you were closer to me. Judy
